Job Description AECOM/Hunt is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with experience in automotive industrial construction for our ongoing construction project with General Motors.
Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.  Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.  Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.  Responsible for administering the project from the pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage through procurement, shop drawing/coordination development, construction, space turnover and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project. Qualifications Minimum Requirement: BA/BS Engineering, Construction Management or relevant curriculum and 8 years of demonstrated industrial/manufacturing construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Requirements: 8-10 years of experience in industrial construction manufacturing. Experience in construction installation of mechanical process equipment. Strong MEP project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience in the automotive industry. BS Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred. #LI-GS1
