You'll play a key role in providing comprehensive support throughout the employment life cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees, retirees, and job applicants alike.
What Will You Do?
As our Senior HR Associate, you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries. From maintaining employee records and managing benefits enrollment to assisting with pre-employment screenings and supporting leave of absence administration, your work will be central to our mission of creating a positive and efficient HR experience.
You'll leverage your knowledge of HCM tools and collaborate closely with team members and Subject Matter Experts to resolve queries and improve processes. Your commitment to data security, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information will be crucial in maintaining the trust and integrity of our HR operations.
Your Day-to-Day:
Serve as a primary contact for HR inquiries, directing complex questions to the appropriate experts.
Manage benefits programs, ensuring timely updates to employee enrollments and records.
Maintain and update employee data in our HCM system with a keen eye for accuracy.
Participate in cross-training and support team members in shared responsibilities.
Drive continuous improvement in our HR services, contributing ideas and participating in initiatives and projects.
Uphold our commitment to confidentiality and exceptional service in all interactions.
Who Are We Looking For?
Someone with 1-2 years of HR experience or equivalent education/training.
A detail-oriented individual with a thorough understanding of HR processes and policies.
A problem solver with excellent analytical skills.
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office suite.

Qualifications:
