rAchieves successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision at various Casino Hotel customer sites in the Las Vegas area. You will follow detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect tasking to ensure up to date information. You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix these issues relating to service and installation of equipment. You will train the customer on proper usage of these systems and become a key point of contact to enhance the customer experience. Skills for troubleshooting, and repair procedures for complex equipment required.
rKey Responsibilities
r rBe the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users and contractors rUse knowledge of end-to-end delivery of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies rBecome a technical expert for complex Honeywell Hospitality solutions/product offerings featuring the INNCOM product line rInspect for Quality rCompletion of Install or Repair Work Orders rProvide Customer Support rYOU MUST HAVE
r rHigh School Diploma or GED r6+ months of experience working with HVAC, Lighting, Building Automation, and/or Access Control systems. r6+ months of experience within in a technical and/ or customer service industry. rValid Driver's License r rWE VALUE
