Responsibilities
• Direct distributor relationship, execution, and performance management of the non-alc portfolio• Primary contact for non-alc portfolio for distributor and cross-functional sales team• Provide expertise on portfolio management strategies, brand priorities and program• Accountable for volume, profit, and share performance of non-alc portfolio• Develop and create alignment to distributor plans• Act on brand programming and communication to distributors• Analyze and develop target account list• Evaluate effectiveness of plan implementation• Identify retail volume/profit opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field OR equivalent experience• Experience managing internal and external relationships• Strong project management skills• Ability to collaborate and achieve desired outcomes• Accountability for results• Thirst for learning and personal growth• Exhibit core values
