As a SOC Analyst within this team, you will be responsible for proactive post-market surveillance and continuous monitoring, ensuring that our life-changing medical device remains resilient against evolving cyber threats.Where you come in:You will be monitoring and analyzing security events, identifying and investigating threats, and responding to security alerts and real or suspected incidentsYou will work with other members of our SOC team to develop and maintain SOC playbooks, processes, threat detection rules, as well as improving automation of SIEM and SOAR tasks and playbooks to streamline alert and incident responseYou will act as an escalation point from the Tier 1 SOC, and assist in building out and tuning the SIEM/SOAR toolingYou will need to perform periodic on call duty2+ years experience with Google Chronicle and/or Palo Alto XSOAR/XSIEM is a strong plusWhat makes you successful:You have a deep understanding of SIEM/SOAR tools and technologies and playbook automationsYou have a strong understanding of threat hunting techniques and IR proceduresYou have a natural curiosity, which causes you to stay up-to-date on the latest security technologies, threats and trends, especially in the medical device spaceYou have the ability to work independently, and as part of a team – we want your ideas!You have the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlinesYou have some recent experience working with AI technologies such as Google Gemini, Microsoft Co-pilot, Chatgpt 4, Claude, etc,You have WAF and/or WIZ experienceRemote Workplace:Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available.
