We are seeking a talented Creative Marketing Sr. Associate with at least 5 years of experience to join the existing high-performance marketing team. Activities include expansion and refinement of both ProCharger and Inovair websites, development of national advertising (digital and print) campaigns, creation and management of social media content creation, production of video and photography assets, and other marketing deliverables.
CREATIVE MARKETING SR. ASSOCIATE Responsibilities :
Lead the ideation and production of high impact digital assets that are optimized for the target segment, platform integration, and accessibility Lead the ideation and production of high impact print solutions, including catalogs, flyers, print ads, tradeshow signage, and other office needs Conceptualize, procure, and edit both video and still photography Devise storyboards, design comps, and graphic elements to communicate concepts and options with internal, cross-functional stakeholders Improve web page design, content, and functionality for clarity, consistency and ease of use Contribute to social media activities, including assets, campaigns, and analysis Propose and manage tradeshow booth assets including layouts, backdrop design, and other supporting materials Design merch, apparel, and product labeling to support both internal requirements and eCommerce sales Utilize data and analytics to drive creative ideation Contribute to other, general marketing projects including market research, copywriting for blogs and emails, webpage CMS edits, and SEO-related tasks Ensure graphic solutions are optimized for integration, performance, usability, and sustainability Enhance email template visual design and assist with production of email campaigns, particularly graphics and images Maintain and manage all assets and working files in our digital asset management system Manage vendors associated with print, apparel and merch jobs, including overseeing quality, cost and delivery times Must be in the office 8am - 5:30pm Monday through Friday, plus be available after hours to support ad hoc team requests and critical deadlines Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5+ years of experience designing digital assets with campaign results that reflect asset success Experience producing print-ready documents for digital and offset lithography printing, and have working knowledge of industry standards for digital file/document production Experience with pre-print production (file management and prep) Experience working on mobile design projects; understands mobile design elements, considerations, and limitations for Android/iOS Skilled in user-centered design process, specifically related to web/social best-practices and accessibility standards Highly skilled with camera work (procurement and editing) Highly skilled at video editing, including challenging screen proportions and experience working with HDMI splitters Self-starting individual with proven ability to get results Strong teamwork mentality and able to work in a group feedback environment and manage conflicting feedback Ability to advocate consumer perspectives and motivations Ability to deliver high quality work across multiple marketing mediums that meets project requirements and goals Highly passionate about tackling challenges and strives to become an expert in graphic design and digital marketing Provide constructive feedback on the creative work produced by team members Possesses an analytical approach to delivering and optimizing assets Skilled problem solver with excellent communication and presenting skills Knowledge of branding and marketing techniques/strategies Knowledge of mechanical products and automotive trends with automotive, motorsports, and/or industrial equipment knowledge Must be able to handle confidential information and deal with issues sensitively Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment Highly organized and can easily switch creative thinking between brands Team player who is comfortable working with team members in other time zones Education / Work History Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, marketing, or related field 5+ years of graphic design experience 3+ years of experience designing print, digital, social and other media solutions Software Requirements: High proficiency in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) Video Editing Software (Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc) Website Analytics tools preferred (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Lucky Orange, Moz, or equivalent) Website CMS (WordPress, Magento or similar) Social Media platforms (understanding of algorithm results on campaign performance) Mailchimp experience, or equivalent email marketing tool ***Portfolio submission with application required***
