Job Description ABOUT RISK SOLUTION SERVICES The mission of the Risk Solution Services (RSS) division is to be the unrivaled advisor for global payment fraud management, and our vision is to be the most valuable partner in lasting client relationships. We are the consultative arm of Visa's Risk & Identity Solutions (RaIS) organization that offers a vast portfolio of solutions to our merchant, partner, issuer, and acquirer portfolios.

The Sr. Consultant, Risk Solution Services will help Visa clients manage the risk of accepting payments online. This will include analyzing order data to identify emerging fraud trends, developing strategies to mitigate these trends, and working closely with Visa's clients to implement these strategies using a combination of Visa and industry tools.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Communication and Presentation: Communicates effectively and independently, tailors communication based on the audience, shares best practices, and engages confidently at the executive level. Consulting Expertise: Drives client revenue growth through strategic relationships and initiatives aligned with RSS, stays ahead in product knowledge, and proactively manages client relationships. Solutions Delivery: Enhances client acceptance with automation and data-driven models, communicates portfolio updates, influences adoption of RSS, and understands the financial impact of risk strategies. Analysis, Data, and Reporting: Leverages automation and data analytics to align KPIs with objectives, highlights client ROI, and contributes to analytical tool enhancements. Industry Knowledge: Builds and shares industry knowledge, understands risk regulations, stays updated on the competitive landscape, and consults on payment ecosystems. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications : 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD Relevant work experience: Working in eCommerce payment industry Collaborating on and with enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs Deriving insights and action items through analysis Providing Solutions Delivery/professional services Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office) Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 125,500 to 192,750.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
