Job Description AECOM/Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager in our Jacksonville, FL location:
Directs and managers the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project. Qualifications Minimum Requirement: BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience in construction management or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Requirements: Formal education in Construction Management or Civil Engineering. MBA preferred. Experience with construction documentation such as RFI, RFP, change order management, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience in construction exteriors and interiors. Prior construction experience in hospitality, casino, high rise, etc. Experience in purchasing/procurement of materials per plans/drawings.
