The Sr. Business Services Specialist oversees analytical and administrative programs in accordance with corporate policiesProvides administrative support for Vice Presidents and collaborates with leaders in multiple functional areasWeekly Hybrid Schedule
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Execute business, office, and administrative requirements and procedures• Support projects, programs, and processes aligned with department goals• Manage department resources effectively and fulfill urgent requests• Track and monitor department initiatives• Collaborate with client leaders and teams to execute training solutions• Update and monitor project progress• Manage training schedule and provide communication to leaders• Interact with outside agencies• Assist in creating presentations and routine correspondence• Identify and recommend process improvements• Support continuous improvement activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience• 3-6 years of relevant experience• Solid experience in analytical and administrative management roles• Proficient in working with management processes• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• General knowledge of Operations, HR, and Finance• Highly organized and can handle multiple duties with limited timeframes• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills• Proficient in PC-based software• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work with team members at various levels• Ability to establish priorities and maintain confidentiality• Ability to interact with senior level management and customers• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
