Sr. Business Process Analyst

Sr. Business Process Analyst - This position is responsible for determining process
requirements and improvements and the analysis of various supporting alternatives. This person
works in collaboration with the Government stakeholders and contractor's developers to ensure
solidity of the process, design, and development work. At a minimum, interfaces with ICE/ERO
to ensure best practices and proposed approaches are compatible for bot maintenance and capture
reporting utilization. This individual may be required to conduct training. The target experience
and qualifications for the business process analyst are described below:
Required Skills and Experience:
? Experience training on policy and/ or workflow
? Three+ years' experience as a business process analyst of with two years in IT processes
? Three+ years' experience law enforcement
? Three+ years' experience planning and designing automation solutions
Preferred Skills and Experience:
? BA/BS in Business or related field or at least 12 years of experience working
software/system development projects or other related work.
? 10 years of experience working with the federal government.
? Five+ years' experience as a business process analyst with three years of experience in
performing two or more technology domains (workflow analysis, virtual infrastructure,
data, applications/middleware).
? Three+ years of experience developing process business transformation analysis,
evaluating service delivery models, and identifying process gaps for remediation and
efficiency.
