Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data models• Develop advanced dashboards, interactive reports, and visual analytics using Power BI• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)• Spearhead complex data analysis and present findings• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical specifications• Oversee project timelines and deliverables• Design and implement data relationships and advanced data models• Create charts, reports, and data documentation• Lead the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Power BI scripts and solutions• Mentor team members in DAX queries, Power BI functions, and Power Apps and Flows development• Evaluate and enhance current ETL processes• Manage advanced SQL Server services and data warehouse development• Propose and implement strategic and technical enhancements• Customize charts, calculations, and BI solutions• Guide the team in SQL querying, data filtering, and graphical representations• Collaborate with users and team members to drive performance improvement
Requirements
• Master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field• Over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and advanced BI solutions• Expertise in database management, advanced SQL querying, data modeling, data warehousing, business intelligence, and OLAP• Viewpoint ERP Experience highly desired
Key Skills Needed
• Deep understanding and expertise in the Microsoft BI Stack (Power Pivot, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)• Exceptional ability to communicate complex data insights effectively• Advanced skills in data design, modeling, management, and visualization• Strong leadership qualities• Proven track record of adapting to rapidly changing business environments• Outstanding multitasking abilities and interpersonal skills
