Your Role in Our Mission:
As an Applications Developer, you'll be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions tailored to our organization's needs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Unix / Linux systems, proficiency in C programming, and exceptional analytical abilities. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, XML, SQL Developer, and ADO (Azure DevOps) is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
Leading workstreams to design, develop, test, and implement complex applications software spanning server, client, and web components.
Facilitating closer collaboration between application architects and developers to ensure accurate design requirements and deliverables that yield a solid ROI for clients.
Crafting highly complex design, coding, and testing documentation to produce a technical product that meets client expectations.
Providing expertise in development, domain, application design, web service, and database methodologies, adhering to best practices provided by project advisors and architects.
Serving as a technical consultant to senior management for complex projects, ranging from modifying existing applications to designing new application modules and components.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in applications development and programming, with proficiency in batch C programming, UNIX / LINUX, and SQL.
Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux systems.
Proficiency in C programming.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server for database management.
Familiarity with XML and SQL Developer tools.
Experience with Azure DevOps for version control and collaboration.
Java experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
What You Can Expect in This Role:
Fully remote opportunity with the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.
Occasional travel required (0-10%).

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (base pay may vary based on geographic region, internal equity, skills, and experience).
