Responsibilities General Ledger, Month-End Close, Year End Close, Journal Entries Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue. Prepare documentation for External Auditors. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary. Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits. Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Qualifications

  Strong mathematical and analytical skills Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong understanding of federal, state and local tax regulations
