Sr. Account Manager

Position Overview: The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with key clients, cultivating customer loyalty, and driving sales growth for the company. The Senior Account Manager collaborates closely with sales engineers, product developers, and marketers to ensure that customers receive the highest quality service and products.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and responding effectively to inquiries. Negotiate sales contracts and manage delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze customer data to identify and develop new opportunities for sales growth. Provide product and pricing information to customers and facilitate the resolution of customer issues. Identify and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop custom solutions for customers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account executive, account management, or plastics industry Strong knowledge of plastics, OEM, and manufacturing spaces Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze customer data and identify sales growth opportunities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering is a plus.
