Base pay range

$40.00/hr - $45.00/hr
Location: Mansfield/Norwich area (eastern part of CT)

Type: Contract, Length: 13- weeks with possibility of extension

Shift Days (to be determined during interview)

Experience

Two years or more experience working as a SLP in a homecare, LTC or SNF setting. Evaluate patients and provide a plan of care Educate and counsel patients and families regarding nature of disorder, prognosis and plan of care. Prepare documentation, progress notes, reports and summaries

License and Certification Requirement

CT State licensed SLP (active)
CPR- BLS (AHA only)
