Come join a tight-knit team with great employee retention and patient satisfaction!Job Details:Full-time, Primarily outpatient, with occasional inpatient coverage as needed, serving primarily pediatric patients and occasional adults.Schedule: Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Evaluates the patient upon referral. Integrates data from a variety of assessment techniques to create a customized treatment plan including short term and long-term goals. Provides safe and effective speech therapy treatment incorporating physical, mental, social and emotional components to achieve improved quality of life and a sense of independence. Demonstrates the ability to apply accurate therapeutic principles and practices. Uses appropriate technical knowledge and clinical judgment in observing patients reactions to treatments. Completes documentation timely to maximize compensation of speech therapy treatment. Qualifications: Masters or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited Speech Language Pathology Program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or eligible to enter Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Current license or eligible for licensure in South Dakota Valid drivers license and clean driving record required What You Can Expect: A comprehensive team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and certified orthotist/prosthetists with the ability to access psychologists, behavior therapists, and educators for additional support Frequent opportunities for personal and professional development through mentorship and training opportunities both on-and off-site.
