Responsibilities
• Performs direct speech therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician• Complies with agency standards, policies, procedures, and regulations• Provides documentation of care and services• Collaborates with team members to update the patient's Plan of Care• Promotes effective and efficient agency operations• Performs other assigned duties
Requirements
• Master's degree in Speech-language pathology• Current license in the state(s) of practice• Prefer one (1) year clinical experience• Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment• Position requires mental alertness, communication, and problem-solving skills• May require frequent travel and irregular hours
