The speech language pathologist will assess and provide intervention to ensure student success and promote an exemplary educational program which fosters achievement for all students.Develops and promotes good relations among community and school clientele.

Responsibilities
• Ability to assess and provide intervention services to students who exhibit communication disorders• Ability to assess and provide intervention to English language learners• Familiarity of diagnostic assessments for speech language• Strong knowledge of content area, teaching methods, learning styles and educational research• Strong classroom management, communication, organization and planning skills• Positively impact achievement and differentiate instruction based on student needs• Demonstrate problem-solving skills through collaborative work• Willingness to support and actively participate in a professional learning community• Ability to provide small group and individual services to students of all abilities• Knowledge of phonemic awareness and literacy interventions
Requirements
• Hold a valid Colorado School Speech Language Pathologist License• Proficiency in using technology• Endorsements/Licenses: Speech/Language Pathologist• Hold an active National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Health First Colorado account
