Position Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Foreclosure Trustee Services Specialist who embodies a dedication to customer service, meticulous quality assurance, and effective leadership. Join us at an exciting juncture as we expand and solidify our presence in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate VA appraisals and maintain updated systems with relevant documentation, liaising with clients and appraisers to address any issues.
- Review and execute DNMS documents, and meticulously examine foreclosure files for our litigation team, including court appearances when necessary.
- Maintain accurate document execution records and update spreadsheets accordingly.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with borrowers, lienholders, realtors, and attorneys via phone, email, and fax.
- Collaborate with co-counsel to resolve foreclosure-related matters.
- Oversee third-party surplus files, managing spreadsheets and collaborating with attorneys on updates.
- Manage physical office tasks in our Seattle location, including mail processing, phone monitoring, and assisting visitors.
- Facilitate document processing for our remote trustee team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Update and maintain team manuals, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Coordinate document recording and ensure quality control measures are upheld collaboratively.
Qualifications
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in Mortgage Trustee Servicing, title servicing, or foreclosure processes.
- Familiarity with reverse mortgage services is advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of trustee services, processes, and procedures.
- Proficiency in document recording within a title or trustee capacity.
- Notary certification is preferred.
- Must be located in the Seattle, WA area.
