Responsibilities
• Provide first time resolution for incidents• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents• Escalate incidents to 2nd level teams as necessary• Maintain ownership of incidents and act as main point of contact with customer• Provide timely updates and ensure correct level of priority and attention
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)• Windows Client Administration• On premise Active Directory Management• Office 365 suite desktop support• MDM Administration Skills + Mobile Devices Support• Experience in Service Management systems according to ITIL
