Gun Vault Specialist responsible for backroom maintenance of processes pertaining to firearmsHandle firearms safely and adhere to all company, state, and federal regulationsProvide customer service for firearms and other hunting merchandise

Responsibilities
• Physically receive/acquire incoming firearms and verify accuracy• Dispose firearms shipped/transferred to dealers and verify disposition data• Conduct monthly firearms audit• Ensure proper completion of required forms and compliance with waiting periods• Participate in ongoing training and maintain firearm inventory• Keep work area clean and support world-class customer service• Organize and maintain firearms within the retail store• Assist with training of store outfitters• Follow company policies and procedures• Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent• 2 to 4 years of experience in Retail• Must be 21 years of age or older• Must be able to legally own and possess firearms• Knowledge of complex compliance regulations and confidentiality• Customer service and sales skills• Knowledge of firearms, ammunition, and inventory control• Retail and computer knowledge• Ability to handle and stock merchandise
Key Skills Needed
