This includes running, creating, and troubleshooting various reports for management and associates. This position will report directly to AP Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors and uploads daily Datamatics and EDI invoice files. Uploads daily Databasic files. • Runs existing, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Provides support to management on IT and software issues including research and testing. Designs new reports as directed by management. Research IT and reporting issues, trouble shooting. Creates and generates Lawson and SQL reporting for management. Loads daily inventory receipts and receiving adjustments. Creates and uploads 'Import Database' files for manual uploads. Sets up new and maintains existing vendors. Create queries for miscellaneous reports on an as needed basis Education and Experience: 4+ years of Accounts Payable experience High school diploma: 2 years of college preferred. Experience with SQL queries. Experience with Lawson is a plus, but not required Required Skills: Intermediate skill level in MS Office Suite for Word and Excel Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal relationships. Should be detail oriented, professional attitude, and reliable. Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills Extensive knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures Ability to interact with associates and vendors in a professional manner. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this classification.
