JOB SUMMARY:Supports the HR Initiatives team for International & New Ventures to effectively ideate, develop, execute, and deliver a wide range of HR projects supporting these divisions. Maintains and supports innovation of HR tools, processes, communications, and systems to optimize knowledge and resources available to Team Members. Builds and leverages partnerships with UDX HR functional teams and key stakeholders both locally and globally, to promote symphony and maximize effectiveness.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Drives and supports collaborative HR initiatives by partnering with UDX HR functional teams and project stakeholders to facilitate meetings, create resources, monitor timelines and track progress on milestones. Identifies opportunities for effective alignment and focus of action.Develops content in support of HR Initiatives and overall HR process/communication channels (AskHR, In the Know, SharePoint, Policies/Team Member Handbook, Emails etc.). Synthesizes information into communications and tools that maximize the Team Member experience. Ensures branding, voice, objectives and values of company are consistent throughout.Acts as a general communication and knowledge resource for Global HR Team Members, driving initiatives like Global HR in the Know.Gathers and utilizes data and information from various internal and industry sources to continuously recommend and deliver innovative enhancements to HR tools, processes and communications.Available for ad hoc consultation and creation of UDX branded material in support of various HR initiatives for the USJ, UBR and New Ventures.Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.Performs other duties as assigned.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Demonstrates confidence in communication at all levels as well as ability to collaborate and work closely with UDX Leadership as well as partnering with HR functions at NBCU/Comcast.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsCritical/Analytical thinkingSolid judgment and decision makingDemonstrates confidentiality and professionalismStrong verbal and written communication at all levels of the organizationStrong organization and planningIndependent and self-driven.
