Job Summary:Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in Spaulding, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical position with a flexible schedule and competitive pay. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by providing personalized in-home care services.Compensation & Benefits:This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15 to $25, paid semi-monthly. In addition, Village Caregiving - Eau Claire offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance after one year of full-time employment.Responsibilities:Provide in-home care services including personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities to clients in Spaulding, Wisconsin.Follow individualized care plans and provide care according to the client's needs and preferences.Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior and report any concerns to the care coordinator.Assist with medication reminders and help clients adhere to their medication regimen.Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks.Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, their families, and the care team.Attend training and educational sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous caregiving experience preferred.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to pass a criminal background check.Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and transferring clients.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and follow directions.EEOC Statement:Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
