As a vital member of the ABB E-Mobility Operations team, you'll spearhead the efficient catalog and control of spare parts, adhering to processes and quality benchmarks. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll dive into technical solutions, ensuring customer needs are met while optimizing product performance. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with the product engineering team to develop products and identify relevant spare parts for kits, focusing on US-specific products Work closely with the spare parts planning team to ensure seamless operations and use ticketing system to fufill requests Remote responsibilities include responding to tickets and managing catalog updates and accuracy On-site responsibilities include parntering with R&D to define service spare parts and coordinate the factory process for spare parts creation, including supplier management, lead time, and costing Prepare field pounting instructions and conduct tests of service procedures in the factory workshop Gather feedback from field operations to drive improvements and actively contribute to the development of new tools and procedures for day-to-day service operations Your Background Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronics or other related discipline 2-4 years of hands-on experience, particularly in inventory control, showcasing your ability to manage and optimize spare parts logistics. Fluent in English, facilitating seamless communication across global teams- Bilingual Italian a plus Proficient with MS Office suite, and familiarity with Salesforce and SAP Target Salary Range: $68,000-80,000 Annual
