As a Spa Supervisor , you will provide support and assistance to the manager/director of the Health Club/Fitness Center/Spa/Salon in operating the facility in accordance with local, state and federal health and cleanliness standards. Perform duties of staff positions as needed. Participates in marketing, merchandising, programming, conducting inventory, recording and tracking financial statistics and management duties such as interviewing, training, supervising, counseling, scheduling and evaluating department staff.
