Spa Front Desk Position

Tranquil Balance is a spa offering float therapy, massage and facials. We are seeking a motivated individual who is detail oriented, dependable, and loves customer service to join our front desk team! The ideal candidate would have a flexible schedule, able to work well with others on the team, and have experience with customer service (spa experience a bonus!). We believe in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients, and a positive work space for out team. This position would be part time with the option and possibility for more hours with training.Responsibilities:Greeting and checking in spa guestsChecking out guests/ cashing out retail products or gift cardsAnswering phones to schedule guests appointments and answer questions regarding our spa and services offeredAssist with administrative tasks as neededKeep the spa clean and organized at all timesHelp to keep the float rooms cleaned and ready for guestsBe able to explain all services we offer to guests, and keep up on knowledge of spa productsAssist with laundry and folding of towels and sheets as needed
