Front Desk Attendant - Retreat Spa Summary: The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming environment to ensure member and guest satisfaction in the Retreat Spa. Primary Responsibilities: Work as directed to support the mission and values of Atlanta Athletic Club Meet and greet clients in a warm and friendly manner Be familiar with Spa treatments and services that we offer, including any current promotions Schedule reservations of Spa services for guests and monitor availability of staff to ensure prompt service according to the relevant skills of the therapists Accurately bill member account for services, gratuity and products Responsible for all billing procedures at the reception desk and reconciling funds at the end of each shift/day Have a good knowledge of products that are available in the Spa Promote the Spa's services and products to every Member and Guest Light housekeeping duties as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Computer literate, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant personality Must be able to communicate information as needed to external departments and team members Education: High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience in a retail setting preferred Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC) is committed to providing a comprehensive benefit program for your physical and financial wellness, creating value in your most important investment - you!
