Job requirements are

Provide guidance to cooks and BOH staff
ensure operations are flowing smoothly in the BOH
order guides and ordering
scheduling
service- expediting & quality control
must be very organized as we are a small space and must operate efficiently
positivity and ability to manage fairly with a level head is a must
A note: while these are your responsibilities, Chef Nathan and Chef Sarah are always available to help troubleshoot, assist when you need hands, work a line shift for a staff member that called out, or jump in the dish pit when its too much for the porter.
