Responsibilities
• Live our values and foster a positive work environment for your team.• Build a strong relationship with the food and beverage department.• Create a continuous teaching environment and enhance the training program.• Understand each team member's position and support their growth and development.• Stay on top of culinary trends and our membership's evolving needs.• Enhance the member experience through food and help teammates grow their skills.• Create dishes to Interlachen's culinary standards using seasonal ingredients.• Work collaboratively with the team, both HOH and FOH.• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.• Support your team members and foster a healthy, positive culture.
Requirements
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.• 3+ years of leadership experience.• Experience in a high-volume restaurant.• Proficient knife handling, food safety & sanitation knowledge.
