Aster Hall is seeking a Sous Chef to join our leadership team. Aster Hall located at 900 N. Michigan is comprised of 30,000 square feet and offers several food and beverage outlets in one place that features a combination of Hogsalt's greatest hits. Starting salary for this leadership position is $65-$75k based on experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is proficient in problem-solving. Must believe in quality by consistently upholding defined standards over time. Must have the ability to positively lead others by practicing generosity and hospitality toward teammates and our guests while multi-tasking and prioritizing workloads.
Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in full service, high volume restaurants. Experience managing and leading employees. Open availability. Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes. Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees. Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees, and ownership.
