Ellie Bird is a newly constructed space in the heart of Falls Church, Va opening in early April for dinner and weekend brunch services. We are currently looking for an A.M. Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will posses the following qualities and experience : Positive and friendly attitude  Eagerness to learn Time-management skills Basic computer/POS knowledge  Understanding of scratch cooking in various cuisines and cooking methods
