Responsibilities:
Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in working order. Assist in menu development and recipe testing. Work with the head chef to ensure quality control of all dishes served. Monitor food costs and adjust recipes as needed. Job Type: Full-time
