Job Summary We are looking for individual to join our client's team as Sourcing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of procurement processes, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of sourcing strategies.
Job Description Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, RFPs, and contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Lead and participate in supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide expertise in supply chain management, optimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee and manage capital projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to enhance collaboration and drive mutual success. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and risks. Skills Required Proven experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, capital projects, and EPC.
Demonstrated success in negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations. Results-driven with a focus on achieving goals and objectives. Education/Training/Certifications Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Pay Rate/Salary Starting at $25.00/hr. and more depending on experience We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
