ABOUT THE POSITION: Charlie's is looking for 2 motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Pre-Roll Room Staff members . Staff members will be an integral part of the Charlie's pre-roll production facility. This position is quite varied and can mean you are performing several different tasks in a given day or week. This translates to running pre-roll equipment, closing pre-rolls, packaging, grinding flower material, and general tasks associated with the processing of cannabis products being made ready for production.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -PRE-ROLL ROOM STAF F: Staff members must understand, abide by, and enforce AZ Department of Health Services ('AZDHS') rules, regulations, and compliance standards. Members must be team-oriented, energetic, and passionate about the company and its brands. Prior experience in production, general labor, packing/labeling, machinery, or assembly line is preferred. Strong attention to detail is required from all of our staff. As a small team, positive dispositions make a huge impact on a daily basis. Can-do attitudes help each staff member navigate daily tasks with ease. A sense of urgency and Punctuality is absolutely required. Each Charlie's member must take pride in the work that is done, and take ownership of their high-performing work ethic. Multi-tasking is a staple skill for any Charlie's employee. Quality time management skills are required in this position as we regularly have many deadlines for production goals. This position requires professional Cannabis knowledge from experienced candidates. Inventory Experience is an advantage for any qualified candidate. The ideal candidate will stay productive without explicit directions but is skilled at communicating when they need guidance. Be respectful! Make sure everyone is having a great time. Have fun! Pay Rate: From $15.00 per hour
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Must be 21+ years old.
Ability to obtain and maintain an AZDHS Facility Agent Card.
Ability to stay focused on tasks and meet production goals.
Attention to detail and ability and willingness to follow instructions.
Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
Reliable attendance and communication - show up to work when you say you will, and do what you say you are going to do.
Quick learner, and willing to be coachable and flexible with work tasks.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed.
Criminal background check will be performed; most marijuana-related crimes will not negatively impact an application.
Reliable transportation.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
Experience in the cannabis industry (formal or informal).
Desire for full-time employment opportunities with the company.
High school diploma or GED.
