About the team: The Sales Enablement Team is responsible for multiple Sales Support functions, including Sales Solution Launch, Sales Campaign Management, Sales Playbook Administration, and orchestrating the Sales pivot to Insight Led, Value Based Solution Selling. You will be reporting to the SVP, Head of Sales Enablement who reports to FIS' Chief Revenue Officer.
What you will be doing As Solution Education & Content Strategy – GTM Content Director you will be responsible for creating compelling, market leading content to support Seller Solution Education, Client Outreach, and Client Discussion. This is an individual contributor role. You will be responsible for the following:
Designs and implements compelling new content around FIS Sales Plays, does both concept and design development, executes on market introduction of content
Designs and develops Sales Play profiles, competitive analysis, presentations, click-through demos, white papers and product updates for Sales Play Execution
Develops material for product launches such as press releases, launch materials, customer presentations, videos and sales training materials
Supports company's external speaking and industry recognition program
Evaluates and assesses new projects based upon size, complexity and time frame.
Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients.
Defines and develops purpose, objectives and procedures of product messaging
Collaborates across functions on competitive selling, pricing and market development.
Understands and communicates customer buying and selection processes within appropriate customer segments.
What you bring: Highly sophisticated content design and narrative creation skills
Strong understanding of FIS markets and the markets' ways of digesting information
Knowledge of marketing product tools and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various s levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors
Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing multiple deadlines
Bachelor's in business, sales or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $115,310.00 - $193,710.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
