Position Overview: The Solution Consultant will be responsible for supporting direct to dealer product roadmaps, leading the activation and maintenance of client implementations, monitoring and managing 3rd party integrations, providing advanced support and issue resolution for assigned solutions and collaborating with internal partners to ensure high quality and successful solution delivery.
This role has current Hybrid Workplace flexibility local to our Detroit, MI office location. Candidate must be available and willing to work in-person one day per month, and ad hoc as needed. Support the execution of the product roadmap.
Documenting product and data workflows. Research of new partner integrations. Input PBIs and attend scrum ceremonies. Collaborate with development teams to carry out vision. Review products to identify improvements (e.g. Alert mechanisms to reduce risk). Assess consumer centric design enhancements (e.g. dashboard UI). Research competition or innovations in the marketplace. Perform analyses of client data and results to provide product and strategy support. Provide regular progress updates to solution management. Creating documentation and defining best practices. Creating and maintaining solution job aides and FAQs. Assists in solution testing. Lead the activation and maintenance of client implementations.
Support client set-up, configurations and activations. Lead coordination with 3rd parties to activate and maintain client implementations. Ensure all active implementations are healthy and operating as expected. Acts as point of escalation on implementations. Monitor and manage 3rd party integrations.

Perform routine QA/QC checks and be responsible for health and quality of the products under your management. Act as first point of escalation and collaborate with development teams to investigate and address underlying system or data issues. Collaborate with internal partners to ensure high quality and successful solution delivery. Processes and updates internal case queue via Salesforce, Zendesk and other appropriate systems. Collaborates internal & enternal stakeholders to identify and execute process enhancements. Provides training and coaching to peers and assumes responsibility for reviewing the accuracy and quality of their work. Proactively communicate with management to provide updates and report issues in a timely manner. Build and maintain strong and effective relationships to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. Work with manager in completing own annual goal setting and performance review in a timely manner. Work with manager to prioritize other duties as assigned.

Math & Statistics: Knowledge of basic descriptive statistics and the ability to understand and interpret statistical analyses is strongly preferred. Technical/Software: Requires the ability to understand and work with software tools & packages used by Urban Science. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: University degree required, open to all degrees. 3-5 years of related work experience, internships, or capstone projects Advanced ability to analyze, manipulate, and aggregate data in Excel and/or SQL. Demonstrated experience or ability to learn a data centric applications Demonstrated experience or ability to learn a Help Desk application such as Zendesk. Understanding of basic HTML and SQL database procedures Familiarity with API functions highly desired Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel; market research skills
Basic knowledge of coding, data structures and algorithms Understanding of key marketing concepts like branding, positioning, and user experience Looking for a curious mind that is a natural critical thinker and has the ability to communicate their ideas effectively including presentations; able to size up priorities and manage their own time and the time of others to meet time-sensitive objectives; emotional intelligence, especially when working in collaborative environments.
