Shift Timings: 8:00 AM IST to 11:00 PM IST (rotating 2 shifts)
Job Responsibilities:
Work on incidents and service requests related to MES system Guide and train technical team on manufacturing processes Perform configuration of MES application Troubleshoot application issues and integration along with technical team. Work with vendor for product issue and resolution Perform testing and simulation of issues for application changes and upgrades Prepare weekly and monthly status reports Assume responsibility for deliverables assigned and provide regular status to lead and customer Ensure all services meet client specifications and standards Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as manufacturing functional consultant in Infor ERP LN system (Logistics - Manufacturing and Quality modules) Experience in large scale discrete manufacturing processes Good understanding of production master data (BOM/Routing/Work Center) Good understanding of Work Order processing/Discrepancy processing/NCM/CAPA/Tooling Basis understanding of SQL and scripting Understanding of PLM systems and integrations with ERP and MES systems Exposure to MES systems (nice to have)
