Responsibilities:
Manage construction site operations, overseeing teams, projects, and interactions with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Take full P&L responsibility for the regional construction market, including budgeting, financial management, and achieving targets.
Lead project management efforts, ensuring tasks are prioritized and executed efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Schedule and manage crews, subcontractors, and materials for timely delivery to project sites.
Ensure safety and quality control standards are met at all sites, fostering a collaborative and safe working environment.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to personnel, actively promoting a culture of learning and development.
Drive organizational growth by building and leading high-performing teams to meet client expectations and secure new projects.
Evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
8-10 years of construction management and/or electrical installation experience, with a focus on electrical services preferred.
Prefer candidates with PMP and/or NABCEP certifications; obtainable within 2 years if not possessed at hiring.
Preferred: First Aid, CPR, and OHSA 10 certifications; obtainable within 1 year if not already held.
Strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of construction practices.
Versatility to work in both field and office settings, including local travel to job sites for inspections.
