Responsibilities
• Follow layout plans and perform the structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment• Support the crew to assure the successful completion of the solar system installation• Document completion of quality installation• Compliance with OSHA standards
Requirements
• Must be able to consistently carry up to 60 pounds• Must be comfortable working with heights (Ladders, stairs, and roofs)• Must have a reliable means of transportation• Prior residential solar installation experience preferred but not required• Prior roofing/roofer experience or residential construction preferred but not required
