4.) Learn and grow. What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities:
- Ensure all quality representatives fully participate in and support project safety programs and initiatives
- Create, facilitate, and assist in development of the Project Quality Plan
- Review, verify and communicate the project quality requirements for our subcontractors, and vendors
- Supervise the effectiveness of the Project Quality Management System and provide guidance in areas where the site team can be more efficient and/or improve results
- Review and approve all subcontractors' quality plans
- Develop Quality Work Instructions to support specific project requirements
- Manage inspection services to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Perform, witness, and/or supervise compliance testing
- Ensure all required quality records are generated detailing compliance to contract specifications
- Supervise Quality Inspectors
- Issue and track Non-Conformances (NCRs) and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs) as needed. Support project team in identification and resolution of NCRs and RCCAs
- Report Quality Status to the Owners Representative
- Perform, lead, and document all internal and external auditing. What You Need for this Position More than 5 years of experience and knowledge of:
- Strong commercial and industrial electrical background.
- Strong troubleshooting skills utilizing sophisticated test equipment (DMM, Megger, PQM, UCT, IR Camera, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Responsible for preparation of subcontract and obtaining all required permits
- Responsible for preparation and maintenance of Project Schedule
- Responsible for preparation and buyout of Purchase Orders
- Responsible for preparation and review of submittals and shop drawings
- Responsible for preparation of project budget and schedule of values
- Responsible for the review of files according to Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for review of Contract drawings and addressing RFI's in a timely manor
- Responsible for preparation of OM manuals
- Responsible for review and submission of As-Built drawings
- Responsible for preparation of Warranty documents
- Responsible for tracking punch list and making sure items are complete
- Responsible to make sure all spare parts are turned over and signed received
