As a Solar Appointment Setter Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of appointment setters who generate leads and schedule appointments for our solar sales consultants. You will play a key role in driving the success of our sales team by managing and optimizing the appointment setting process.

Responsibilities Manage a team of solar appointment setters, providing guidance, training, and support Set and monitor performance targets for the appointment setters Ensure the team meets or exceeds lead generation and appointment scheduling goals Implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the appointment setting process Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with the sales team to align appointment setting strategies with sales objectives Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and solar market developments Requirements Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or appointment setting Proven track record of managing a successful team Knowledge of solar energy and the renewable energy industry is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Resilient and goal-oriented mindset Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Training & Development Wellness Resources Stock Option Plan
