POSITION SUMMARY :
Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Software test Engineer for a remote based position.
Implements complete data architectures, including appropriate data schemas, as well as additional components appropriate to the database design for consuming data from varied data sources. Designs and implements automated data flows for extraction, transformation, and load Optimizes data aggregations while staying compliant to data privacy policies Authors robust technical documentation, data schema and real time data telemetry specs Builds and maintains moderately complex data models and visualizations Communicates and coordinates with external and internal teams May be responsible for developing requirements and drafting high level design documents and selling designs to key stakeholders. Must have 3 to 5 years' work-related experience required. Must have experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Tabular data models (Azure Analysis Services), Data Visualization tools (PowerBI) and Azure Data Factory. Must have experience with scripting languages (PowerShell preferred). Must have experience with building moderately complex data visualizations on real data Must have experience with physical implementation of moderately complex logical database designs and relational database concepts. Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required. Must have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required. Must have 3+ years of work-related experience in data engineering, analysis and business intelligence. Preferred Qualification: Experience working with Azure data & ETL products. A competitive pay range of $70/hr- $74/hr (depending on experience). 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO). 9 paid holidays per year (which includes 1 personal floating holiday). 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
