Responsibilities
• Lead the cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-quality launches• Manage schedule, budget, scope, and risks for digital transformation programs• Manage and influence stakeholder and cross-functional team expectations about solution delivery and scope• Collaborate with external customers and partner with vendors as required by the program• Leverage Fortive Business System tools to implement visual and daily management and appropriate standard work• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project/program metrics to track and report on program performance• Implement and improve Agile processes and tools• Create a positive environment including open, honest communication and a clear path to raise risks and issues
Requirements
• 2+ years Software Program Management experience• 5+ years Software Project Management experience• Experience with managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk of projects• Experience in Agile product development• Experience managing multiple programs concurrently• Experience collaborating and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders• Excellent verbal and written communications• Change agent who is a positive organizational influence• Bachelor's degree in computer science or other engineering degree
Key Skills Needed
• Experience with MS Dynamics implementation• Working knowledge of JIRA, Miro, and MS Teams
