Responsibilities
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and implement high throughput systems.• Contribute to cross-team architecture discussions.• Analyze and resolve complex engineering problems.• Improve development practices and processes.• Contribute to code reviews.• Gather requirements, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain systems.• Improve and support existing critical data flow systems.• Collaborate and troubleshoot with the team for resolving hard engineering problems.• Think of new ways to make the data platform more scalable and reliable.• Research and learn new technologies.
Requirements
• Experience in developing high volume, fault tolerant, scalable systems.• Experience with Java and open-source technologies.• Exposure to cloud-based technologies like AWS.• Knowledge of full lifecycle application development.• Motivated self-starter with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.• Good communication skills and attention to detail.• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
