Position Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects. Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities. Understanding of software development methodologies, processes, and best practices. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
