Responsibilities
• Aid in the design and delivery of software applications and services• Develop the technical strategy for global product delivery• Design suitable software systems and interfaces• Develop a strategic plan for team growth• Hire and develop a diverse team of software engineers• Collaborate with team members to establish a strong foundation for a software organization• Help onboard and mentor new team members
Requirements
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience• 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience• 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience• 8+ years of leading the development of multi-tier web services experience• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
