This role will work closely with the Associate Business Systems Administrator, Systems Administrators, Producer, System Engineers, Service Desk and Operations Support Teams. This position requires a self-motivated employee who has a strong passion for improving customer experiences and a drive for efficiency and process improvement.What You'll Do:Develop custom solutions and integration methods to support the implementation, maintenance, and operations of Enterprise Business Systems.Maintain the operations of our SaaS solutions, including Zendesk, Zendesk Sell, Atlassian Suite, Digital Genius and others. Including designing and building custom front end web applications, workflow creation, API/Widget implementations and website changes.Assist in-house product teams with regularly scheduled product builds, deployments and hotfixes as needed.Participate effectively in relevant aspects of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations.Collaborate with internal technology teams and vendor resources to knowledge share and provide incident/request assistance.Implement system security configuration, to include access control, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts.Collaborate with Producers and System Administrators on development solutions most suitable to meet system and business requirements.Develop standard processes, operational procedures, and design documentation.Resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.What You'll Bring:SaaS Tool Administration experience preferred.Solid understanding of web development fundamentals and languages including HTML, XML, CSS, JSON and JavaScript required.Scripting experience using one or more languages including PowerShell, Ruby, and Python.Strong understanding of REST API, OAuth, and be able to design, develop, deploy and support RESTful services desired.Knowledge of services including HTTP/S, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTPFamiliarity with GitLab and other configuration management toolsCompensation Range, Currency USD:Starting Pay Range: $101,760Pay Range End: $174,240We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action EmployerThe above is intended to describe the general content of and the requirements for satisfactory performance in this position.
