Software Developer (.Net/C# With Aims360 Experience)

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Software Developer with expertise in .NET, C#, and experience working on AIMS360 software code to join our dynamic team.Role Summary:As a Software Developer at AIMS360, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our software applications built on the .NET framework, with a particular focus on integrating and optimizing our AIMS360 system. Your role will involve working closely with our IT team and business stakeholders to develop high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET technologies (C#)Work on the customization, integration, and optimization of AIMS360 software within our IT ecosystemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issuesSupport continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural reviewEngage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deploymentProvide technical support for the AIMS360 system and related applicationsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Software Developer with strong proficiency in .NET and C#Direct experience working on AIMS360 software, including customization and integrationStrong understanding of the full software development life cycleExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with SQL Server and database designKnowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET)Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plusFamiliarity with agile methodologies
