Software Developer

Element6's client in Madison, WI is looking for a Software Developer to join their team. This is a hybrid contract role.
Candidate Profile: Experience designing and implementing complex systems .NET Generalist with strong preference for experience writing/using web services. Preferred: C#, T-SQL, Web API, SSIS, Git Ok to have but not primary: SSRS, MVC, CA Autosys, Azure DevOps Experience with ETL Strong SQL skills Experience with Test Driven Development Experience in Web development Exposure to Entity Framework or other ORM Some front-end development skills are a huge plus (Angular/React/CSS) Qualities Needed: Good communicator who wants to work in a team environment, comfortable performing pair programming Analytical – not afraid to dive into complex code and data to troubleshoot issues Creative problem solver who is automation focused – we're looking to not have recurring work come back to us, but to better automate or teach/train users for self service Motivated by small quick wins and process improvement Comfortable working in an agile environment.
